Biography

Isabelle Wasserman is a master’s student in Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University, where she focuses on conservation and environmental communication. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from Purdue University, with a concentration in policy. Her research explores how communication can encourage people to make environmentally responsible decisions, with a particular interest in conservation behavior and audience-centered messaging. At CSU, Isabelle has worked on projects involving forest science communication, interpretive signage, and social marketing. She hopes to build a career using communication to connect people with environmental issues and inspire meaningful conservation action.
