Biography
Blair Lee is a PhD student in the Department of Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University. His research and writings reside at the intersection of political communication, race, media, and knowledge dissemination, examining how these forces shape public understanding of political and social issues. His developing dissertation is a multi-site analysis of how higher education executives communicate within polarized political environments, grounding his work as an emerging, culturally responsive social scientist in political communication.
A proud 2025 Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, and 2026 Colorado Men of Color Collaborative Higher Education Impact Award recipient. Blair brings extensive professional experience in higher education, with a background spanning communications, marketing, and broader public affairs. He holds a Master of Public Administration and Public Policy and a bachelor's degree in Digital Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising, both from the University of Baltimore.
