  • Company: Triple Crown Sports
  • Number of Openings: 4
  • Compensation: $17/hr
  • Start Date: September 1, 2026
  • Duration of Internship: Ongoing, year-round

Description

Triple Crown Sports is one of the nation's premier youth sports organizations, producing world-class events in fastpitch softball, baseball, volleyball, and college athletics. Through our growing media division, One Spark Network, we create original content, live broadcasts, documentaries, podcasts, social media content, and athlete storytelling that reaches millions of fans each year.

We're looking for a creative, content editor who wants real-world experience producing content viewed by hundreds of thousands—even millions.

Position Overview
This internship is designed for someone who lives and breathes digital content.

You'll help transform raw footage from tournaments, live broadcasts, interviews, podcasts, behind-the-scenes moments, and branded productions into engaging content across social media, YouTube, streaming platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.

You'll work directly with the Marketing and Media teams while learning professional workflows using Adobe Premiere Pro, AI-powered editing tools, and modern content production systems.

This isn't a coffee-running internship. You'll create content that is actually published across our national brands.

Internship Duration
This is not a one-semester internship.

We're looking for students interested in growing with our team over the course of multiple semesters, with the opportunity to continue working throughout the academic year and into summer and holiday breaks.

Because Triple Crown Sports produces events year-round and the One Spark Network is continually creating new content, there is a consistent pipeline of meaningful editing work—not just during one season.

Our goal is to invest in interns who want to build their skills over time, take on increasing responsibility, and become an integral part of our content production team.

Ideal commitment:
Minimum commitment of one academic year (preferred)
15–25 hours per week during the school year
