June Macon has a B.A. in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania along with a minor in Spanish and an M.A. in Adult Education and Training. She hails from a variety of points east, but has lived in Fort Collins for half a decade.June comes from a web marketing and public relations background working with companies from every type of niche government, education, coaching, finances, art_you name it shes either created a social media strategy or written a blog post for the industry. Concurrent to working in the web industry, June taught success strategies at Aims Community College for four years. Currently she teaches an undergraduate course in the Journalism department about technical and professional communication.Upon her graduation from the MS in Public Communications and Technology program she hopes to continue on to a PhD program.
